Donna is one our dedicated and detail-oriented personal assistant, permanently serving as the PA for both Stephen Bargh and Kevin Ottley.

Renowned for her exceptional organisational skills and proactive mindset, Donna excels in handling multiple tasks seamlessly. Ensuring that the team remains organised and on track, particularly when co-ordinating travel arrangements for our partners and teams.

In addition to her role as a personal assistant, Donna serves as our Client Portal expert. She is the go-to person for the team, addressing any questions or concerns related to the client portal.

Donna has become a highly recognisable face among both clients and the team with her journey at WDA starting in 2002 as an Administrative Receptionist, and for the last 3 years, she has served as a PA, showcasing her growth and dedication to William Duncan.

Out of work Donna enjoys spending time with her family and her boxer dog Belle. She also loves socialising, hillwalking, going to the gym and exploring different places in Scotland in her VW Campervan toot toot!
