Yvonne is an ACCA qualified accountant, with 15+ years accounting and finance experience.  She understands the SME market and is knowledgeable in various industry sectors, having gained this experience during her 9 years in practice working for a small CA firm in Aberdeen.  Yvonne left practice and landed the finance manager role working with a small gas operator based in Aberdeen. After 3 years in industry, Yvonne decided to relocate to Ayrshire to be closer to family and take a well-deserved career break.

She joined William Duncan + Co in 2018 and works very closely with the partners and senior management. Responsible for identifying and recommending solutions to automate and digitalise processes within the practice and is a big advocate of “big data” analysis. She is the go-to person for all things spreadsheet related, building impressive financial models and loves formulas!

Outside of work, you can find Yvonne on the badminton court and plays 2-3 times a week.
