We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant, an exciting new role, to support the internal finance function for William Duncan + Co based in our Head Office in Ayr.
The accounts assistant role will involve working closely with the Practice Finance Manager and Practice Operations Manager on running the finance function, mainly around credit control, processing invoices, maintaining the business/client bank accounts, bank reconciliations and preparing/issuing sales invoices to our clients.
