The Role :
The Business Development/Client Relationship Manager will have a direct impact on gaining a better understanding of market opportunities and helping to realise these through the development of appropriate business development and customer retention strategies. The role will support the implementation of the company’s business development plans in order to drive increased sales of profitable, strategically aligned business.
The Business Development/Client Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with the Directors and the wider William Duncan team to implement best practice business development campaigns. The role will be a split between winning new business and nurturing existing practice clients.

Attracting new business to William Duncan & Co
Focussing on customer retention rates
Up-selling to existing customers
Raising the profile of William Duncan & Co
Increasing awareness of William Duncan & Co in relevant target markets
