Robert’s passion lies in helping clients know their purpose so that they achieve their life and business goals. He is a huge advocate and enthusiast of using cloud and AI technology to help clients know their numbers and with this information he loves helping clients strategise and plan their life and business journeys.

He enjoys his trusted adviser role with all of his clients and firmly believes that as a Chartered Accountant with financial, tax and strategic skills, no one is in a better position to guide and add value to business clients. As Managing Partner of William Duncan + Co, he has used these skills to help grow the business and position it as one of the most digitally advanced, progressive advisory practices in the country.

Outside of work Robert can occasionally be found following Ayr Rugby Club on their journey or trying to convey to his young grandchildren how much fun it is to be a Chartered Accountant!
